Mr Wilson's Assembly

Teachers have uploaded an assembly for all children this week about the Black Lives Matter movement on their classes Google Classroom page.

Here are some more useful resources for those of you at home who would like to explore this important issue further. You might want to look at them first as they will be aimed at different age ranges. Of course, the children will be visiting these themes through our curriculum.

Votes for Schools have some resources that directly address the protests following the murder of George Floyd and they are offering them free. They are suitable for school or home learning. You will need to email them to request the resources.

The Anti-Bullying Alliance also have resources to offer.

RacismNoWay These are Australian resources but cover a variety of things and look useful.
